GRADUATE PROGRAM AITESA

At AITESA we believe that being an engineer is learned by participating in real projects, together with those who make them possible.

The Graduate Program is designed for those who are finishing their bachelor’s degree or starting a qualifying master’s degree and want to take a step beyond the classroom: training by working on industrial projects, with a team that combines experience, innovation and a collaborative spirit.

During three years, participants acquire a complete vision of industrial engineering, participating in projects that drive efficiency and sustainability in the industry.

The result is a unique training experience: practical, demanding and transforming.

Learning by engineering

The Graduate Program is a complete professional immersion that goes far beyond technical training. During their time at AITESA, young engineers develop autonomy, technical judgment and global vision, learning to make real decisions in complex industrial environments.

Throughout the program, participants rotate through the main areas of the company: process, mechanical, electrical, control and instrumentation, and projects. Each rotation broadens the perspective and provides insight into how the disciplines connect to transform a design into an operating facility.

AITESA offers an environment where learning, experimenting and growing are part of everyday life. Technical rigor coexists with a collaborative spirit that turns each project into a shared experience, where learning is built as a team.

At the end of the program, many engineers continue their careers within AITESA, joining the engineering and project areas and contributing their energy, knowledge and vision to new industrial developments.

Real training, real projects

From day one, engineers are involved in large-scale projects, contributing to the design, planning and implementation of energy and industrial solutions.

Learning is based on three fundamental pillars:

Continuous training in engineering tools and methodologies
Direct mentoring with senior professionals in each area
Active participation in design reviews, technical meetings and site visits.

Each stage is designed to build autonomy, technical judgment and global vision.

The Graduate Program is aimed at students who are in the final phase of their bachelor’s degree or who have started a master’s degree and wish to acquire practical experience in parallel to their academic training.

Each edition selects a limited number of participants who join through a training plan adapted to their level and specialty.

The incorporation process allows to combine studies with the participation in real projects, integrating progressively in AITESA’s engineering team.
