Hot dip galvanizing involves holding molten metals at elevated temperatures and thermally controlling processes such as drying, pickling and cooling. Heat management at these points is essential to ensure process efficiency and coating quality.
In this field we carry out the complete engineering of hot-dip galvanizing plants, supplies and replacements of crucibles, in addition to developing heat recovery projects in these plants using heat exchangers resistant to aggressive atmospheres with hydrochloric acid, metallic particles and zinc vapors. Our systems allow heat recovery from exhaust fans, furnaces or molten baths for reuse in the drying line or air heating.
These technologies directly reduce energy consumption and improve thermal control in the various stages of galvanizing. Our equipment is designed to be integrated without interfering with daily operations and cycle times.
