Introduction
In 2021, AITESA provided support for a project at a chemical plant in Morocco with the aim to make the operation of the different production units of the plant more flexible.
Solution
- Engineering, design, supply and erection supervision of a 5 MW air cooled condenser for an operating pressure of 1.1 bar.
- Engineering, design and supply of the support structure.
- Engineering and supply of piping from the condensate tank to the equipment.
- Engineering and supply of the instrumentation associated with the supply:
- Temperature transmitters
- Blinds (louvers)
- Actuators
- Vibration switches
- Junction box and wiring
- Cable conduction system
- Operator training
- Assembly supervision
Results
In a period of 9 months, AITESA designed and manufactured the equipment, including assembly and functional tests.
