Cement production requires intense thermal input, especially during the clinker calcination and cooling phases.
This activity generates large volumes of hot gases and particles that can be energetically exploited if the appropriate equipment is available.
We design heat exchangers and heat recovery boilers specifically adapted to rotary kiln and clinker cooler exhaust gases, which contain high concentrations of abrasive particles and can reach temperatures in excess of 1000°C. These units are prepared to operate in the most aggressive environments, withstanding extreme thermal cycling and particle accumulation, ensuring optimum performance of the equipment in these conditions.
These solutions can significantly reduce the environmental impact of an industry that produces 8% of the world’s CO2 emissions, significantly reduce fuel consumption and improve the thermal performance of the plant. We adapt to the logistical and structural challenges of each facility to maximize the energy return.
