AITESA’s management team presented its new “Employee Portal”, a tool to establish more agile communication channels with workers, using an easy and intuitive online platform, with a view to continue advancing and optimizing processes that facilitate the daily work of our staff. In this way AITESA seeks to give prominence to employees and also automate the data protecting them more effectively. The internal processes of the HR Department are streamlined and the result is a more fluid communication with the workforce.
The “Employee Portal” facilitates the employee’s access to payroll, daily clocking, vacation day requests, and all types of communications with HR (personal and family situations, work-related questions, etc.). In a nutshell, the “Employee Portal” takes care of all the HR procedures that the employee may require, but in a fast and agile way.
The main advantages that have motivated AITESA to decide to bet on this communication channel with the staff have been:
