At AITESA we continue to take firm steps in our international expansion strategy. We are pleased to announce the award of a new project for the supply of a high performance industrial boiler for a power generation plant in Senegal, operated by one of the main energy suppliers in the country.

This new contract represents much more than a technical supply: it is a recognition of the reliability, durability and efficiency of our solutions, and reaffirms the confidence of our international customers in the engineering developed by AITESA.

The new boiler will replace a unit designed, manufactured and commissioned by AITESA in 2002, which has operated uninterruptedly for more than two decades. This exceptional life cycle is a tangible demonstration of AITESA’s commitment to quality and long-term operational excellence.

This project not only modernizes a key facility for power generation in the country, but also strengthens AITESA’s presence in West Africa, consolidating our position as a technological partner of reference for energy projects in international markets.

The scope of supply includes the design, manufacture and delivery of a new state-of-the-art boiler, as well as a series of components and auxiliary systems aimed at optimizing the performance and efficiency of the assembly:

• Complete replacement of the original boiler with a new generation unit, with higher thermal performance and better adapted to current operating requirements.
• Installation of upgraded recirculation pumps with improved hydraulic efficiency.
• New flue gas inlet and outlet duct system, redesigned to reduce pressure losses and improve heat transfer.
• Renovation of the cleaning ramp system, optimizing operation and maintenance.
• Restructuring and reinforcement of the boiler support system, adapted to the new loads and operating conditions.
